President

Phillip co-founded ASF with Sandy Myers and has served as president since its start. In addition to his leadership at ASF, Phil has been actively involved in logistics technology as a founder, director, and seed investor. In 1995, Philip began his career in forwarding and logistics, working for major global forwarders in director positions. He excelled in business development and in guiding account teams in delivering principled, human-centric service to customers. In his leisure time, Philip enjoys outdoor activities such as playing golf, boating and fishing. For over 10 years, he’s volunteered at The Citadel, as an alumni, supporting fundraising efforts and supporting young leaders.

Chairman

Sandy, Chairman and co-founder of ASF, manages the operational growth of ASF, including the company’s sales efforts and carrier and vendor relationships. He’s also worked throughout his tenure at ASF to develop ASF’s exceptional management team. Sandy also has experience as an early seed investor and founder in logistics technology.In his free time, Sandy enjoys traveling, fly-fishing, playing pickle ball and tennis, food and wine, and visiting Auburn University, his alma mater.

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in M&A, strategic business planning and financial reporting. He has served as CFO for several large, regional companies and previously worked in public accounting as a CPA. In his free time, Jeff enjoys time with family, as well as traveling, fishing and hunting.

President, ASF Liquid Logistics

Jeff has a vast background in logistics and forwarding in executive management positions. He has managed regulatory compliance and is an expert in Flexitank transportation and logistics. In addition, Jeff is a licensed customs house broker. In addition to his strong forwarding and Flexitank background, Jeff was also Head of Regulatory Compliance and Sales for a major global logistics software provider. He has over 30 years of logistics experience and has a strong leadership background having graduated from the Citadel. After business hours, Jeff has excelled in martial arts and teaches self-defense seminars, as well as is involved in supporting the Citadel’s mission of honor, duty and respect.

President, ASF Air

Angel is an industry veteran with over 30 years of global end-to-end supply chain experience. Angel has spent his career creating and delivering airfreight solutions to meet the demanding needs of Fortune 100 & 500 clients. Over his three-decade career, Angel has served in a variety of leadership roles with some of the industry’s largest global forwarders, building market leading solutions and executing strategic airfreight solutions with a focus on client satisfaction.During his free time, he enjoys traveling around the world to new places with his family. Spending time with his family and fishing!

Vice President of Operations

Andrew is an experienced global shipping industry professional who knows the ins and outs of global shipping. From ocean, air, trucking, and domestic operations, Andrew has many years of major freight forwarding experience keeping cargo moving throughout the world. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, rebuilding vintage motorcycles, and going to the beach.

Executive Vice President

Steven has over 40 years of experience working in global logistics and container shipping in both the U.S. and Europe. His masters in Logistics and Supply Chain Management has served him well throughout his career as he’s navigated the complexities of global shipping. During his leisure time, Steven enjoys traveling, hiking and playing golf.
